England win World Cup

Hosts England won rugby's Women's World Cup for a third time with a 33-13 victory over Canada in the final in London, in front of the biggest ever crowd for a female rugby match of 81,885.
The Red Roses extended their world record sequence for a men's or women's national team, to 33 consecutive wins since they lost the World Cup final played in 2022.
