Golf - Presidents Cup

A competition run along similar lines to the Ryder Cup, this is a biennial event between the United States and an International Team representing the leading professionals outside of the US and Europe. Each contest consists of 34 matches, incorporating 9 Foursomes, 9 Fourballs and 12 Singles. Unlike the Ryder Cup, each year is a separate entity, so if the event ends in a draw the teams share the trophy.
