Russian club Ekaterinburg retained the Women's Euroleague basketball title beating Spain's Avenida 78-68 in the final in SItanbul, Turkey.

It was Ekaterinburg's third consecutive European crown, following on from 2018 and 2019. the event having been cancelled in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic

Only 18-time winners TTT Riga have won the tournamenyt on mor eoccasions, thsi being Ekaterinburg's sixth title.
