Japan's Urawa Red Diamonds won football's AFC Asian Champions League after beating defending champions Al Hilal from Saudi Arabia 1-0 in the second leg of the final in Saitama for a 2-1 aggregate win.
After a 1-1 draw in the first leg in Riyadh the week before, it was an own goal by Hilal's Andre Carrillo that decided the outcome.

Italian jockey Frankie Dettori won horse racing's 2,000 Guineas in Newmarket, England on Chaldean in his final ride in the race before retirement.
The duo won by a length and three quarters from 125-1 shot Hi Royal for English trainer Andrew Balding.
It was Dettori's fourth winner in the race, the first classic of the British Flat season. Royal Scotsman was third at 11-1.
