Snooker - World Games
Snooker is part of the quadrennial multi-sport festival for disciplines not included on the Olympic programme. In 2017 & 2022 the event was a "mixed singles" invitational contest. A Women's event was inaugurated in 2025, played under a six reds format,
Venues: 2001 - Selion Plaza, Akita, Jap; 2005 - Saalbau Bottrop, Duisburg, Ger; 2009 - Chung Cheng Martial Arts Stadium, Kaohsiung, Twn; 2013 - Unidad Deportiva Alberto Galindo, Cali, Col; 2017 - Congress Center, Wroclaw, Pol; 2022 - Jefferson Convention Complex, Birmingham, USA; 2025 - Civil Aviation Flight University of China Tianfu Campus Gymnasium, Chengdu.
