Golf - WGC Champions Tournament
The newest of the four World Golf Championships (WGC) events. It was played four times before it earned WGC status in 2009. It is a 100-plus entrant stroke play tournament which has been staged at the Sheshan Club in Shanghai each time apart from 2012, when it was held at Mission Hills in Shenzhen. It can claim to be the most important annual tournament held in Asia.
