Cricket - Ireland Inter-Provincial Championship
First held as a fully-fledged first class championship in 2017, after Ireland were made full members of the International Cricket Council the year before, the "Inter Pros" had been contested as such a tournament in all but name since 2013, as Ireland cricket pushed for the ultimate recognition in the sport. Leinster Lightning, Northern Knights and North West Warriors are the three participants.
