Snooker - China Championship (Ranking)
Staged in Guangzhou, China, this was held for one year only as an invitation tournament. It was upgraded to full ranking status in 2017. It has the most valuable prize on the circuit for any event staged outside the United Kingdom. Luca Brecel's victory in 2017 was the first time a player from continental Europe had won a ranking title.
