Italy's Jannik Sinner beat Spain's Carlos Alcaraz 7-6 (7-4) 7-5 in the final to successfully defend the ATP World Tour Finals crown in Turin, Italy.
For the second consecutive year, Sinner captured the title without dropping a set throughout the tournament, and is now unbeaten in 31 consecutive matches on indoor hard courts.
