London club Chelsea beat Real Betis of Seville 4-1 in the UEFA Conference League final in Wroclaw, Poland to become the first team to win all five European trophies - the Champions League, Europa League, Conference League, Super Cup and the defunct Cup Winners' Cup.
Argentine Enzo Fernandez, Senegalese Nicolas Jackson, Englishman Jadon Sancho and Ecuadorian Moises Caicedo were the scorers for Chelea in reply to Moroccan Abde Ezzalzouli's opener for Betis. Chelsea are the first foreign team to beat a Spanish side in a men's European club or international final since 2002.
