Italy retained their Davis Cup tennis title with a 2-0 victory over the Netherlands in the final in Malaga, Spain.
World number one Jannik Sinner beat Tallon Griekspoor 7-6 (7-2) 6-2 to secure the title after Matteo Berrettini defeated Botic van de Zandschulp 6-4 6-2.
