Ireland won rugby's Men's Six Nations Championship, and earned just the fourth Grand Slam in their history, after beating England 29-16 in Dublin.

Hooker Dan Sheehan scored two tries in the victory, which was the first time the Irish had completed the clean sweep in Dublin. France finished second and Scotland third.
