Canada win Davis Cup

Canada won the Davis Cup, the World team championship of men's tennis, for the first time by beating Australia 2-0 in the final in Malaga, Spain.
Denis Shapovalov beat Thanasi Kokkinakis and Felix Auger-Aliassime overcame Alex de Minaur to give the Canadians an unassailable lead in the best-of-three match.
