Spanish giants Real Madrid beat England's Liverpool 1-0 at Stade de France in Paris to win football's European Cup for the 14th time.
Vinicius Jr scored the winner as Real's Italian coach, Carlo Ancelotti, became the first boss to win the tournament four times.
