Chelsea won football's UEFA Champions League for the second time with a 1-0 victory over Manchester City in an all-English confrontation in Porto, Portugal.

German Kai Havertz got the winner three minutes before half-time. City, the Premier League champions, have yet to win the biggest prize in the European game.
