American Patrick Reed won golf's San Diego Open, his ninth career title, by five shots at Torrey Pines.

There was a five-way tie for second place involving Americans Xander Schauffele, Tony Finau and Ryan Palmer, plus Norway's Viktor Hovland and Henrik Norlander of Sweden.
