Ronnie O'Sullivan claimed his sixth World Championship with an 18-8 victory over Kyren Wilson at Sheffield's Crucible Theatre.

O'Sullivan draws level with Ray Reardon and Steve Davis on number world titles, one behind record-holder Stephen Hendry, but surpassed Hendry on the all-time list of ranking event wins with this, his 37 top-level tournament win.

At the age of 44, O'Sullivan is the oldest champion since Reardon, who was 45 in 1978. He moved to second in the world rankings behind last year's winner Judd Trump.
