Tennis - ATP Canada Masters

The forerunner of the modern tournament began in 1881, making it the third oldest event in the sport behind Wimbledon and the US Open. In 1990, as the Canadian Open, it was accepted as one of the ATP's new Masters Series championships, acquiring its present title in 2001. The event alternates between Tornoto (even years) and Montreal (odd years), played on hard courts.
